4. Material stability: high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, non-magnetic or low magnetic, suitable for extreme working conditions such as high temperature, high vacuum, strong magnetic field of semiconductor equipment;

5. Customization capability: Semiconductor equipment models are diverse, and there is a high demand for non-standard fasteners. Manufacturers need to have the ability to quickly customize and develop.
